I love February! It's about that time that I start feeling that refresh. Today I'm going to share my favorite picture books that I've found over the years and some new ones that I'm loving! I love mixing up Valentine's day with Kindness, Groundhog's day, and President's Day/Abraham Lincoln's birthday. Here is my top 8, (whoa i feel myspace aged right there lol) but there's way more for all the things that happen in our shortest month.

Everyone loves this little monster! He is the perfect character to pair with a classroom craft.
I love this read aloud so much! It's always a staple and always has been. I love it so much I paired a student math craft with it! Check it out here.
This book is new to my library! I absolutely love it, it is precious and touts the importance of acceptance through colors. Colors are for everybody. 💙
Another goodie that speaks on how important kindness! The moments we have with our friends can be more valuable than a Valentine.
And last but not least two cute picture books about Groundhog's Day all of the Kindergarteners love!
I hope these were helpful for you to remember to pull out for the month! We are inching our way to February 1st which has 234093 things going on to remember.
